AFFORDABLE & SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

Since 1996, The Doe Fund has developed high-quality permanent housing to address homelessness. This portfolio — comprising over 2,100 units in operation, under construction, or in pre-development — is a lifeline for low income New Yorkers who have experienced homelessness, housing insecurity, and serious health conditions. On-site supportive services include case management, workforce development, digital and financial literacy courses, adult basic education, addiction recovery, pro-bono legal services, linkages to off-site healthcare, community-building activities, and more. In addition to our own buildings, we also rent 84 supportive units through our Scatter Site program, which are not included in the totals below.
