HIRE OR VOLUNTEER
Participants in Ready, Willing & Able develop skills and receive hands-on training that make them valuable employees. Our workforce development team works with employer partners to pre-screen ideal candidates, and also provides ongoing support for trainees who obtain jobs. That means when you hire from Ready, Willing & Able, you don’t just get a standout worker; you get an entire team of mentors to ensure they achieve their potential. EXPAND THE DOE FUND’S VISION
The Doe Fund is a founding member of Work Works America, which brings Ready, Willing & Able-inspired programs to other localities in need of solutions to homelessness. Communities from Boulder, CO to Atlanta, Philadelphia, Washington, DC and more have developed programs based on our successful, scaleable, and cost-effective model.
