40th ANNUAL MAMA DOE MEMORIAL | WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17th, 2025
For forty years, The Doe Fund community has gathered every holiday season for a vigil to remember those we’ve lost while experiencing homelessness, to celebrate those who have overcome it, and to recognize those still on the journey.
On December 17th at our Webster Green supportive housing residence (31oo Webster Avenue, Bronx, NY), we came together once more for our annual Mama Doe Memorial in shared commitment to expand hope, stability, and opportunity.

The Doe Fund celebrated the Ready, Willing & Able Class of 2025 at Graduation! This annual ceremony recognizes our newest cohort of graduates, who overcame homelessness thanks to their hard work and our comprehensive support. RSVP here!
TOPPING OUT AT 510 GATES AVENUE | WEDNESDAY, MAY 29TH, 2025
The Doe Fund topped out on its new 200-bed transitional residence at 510 Gates Avenue, marking the completion of the building’s structure. It is anticipated to open early 2026.
This is the first transitional residence The Doe Fund’s has built in twenty years. Upon completion, it will house the 60 Ready, Willing & Able participants living next door, at 520 Gates Avenue, while that residence undergoes renovations.
