2021 Graduation Ceremony

There is no Doe Fund event that speaks more clearly to the transformative power of work, the potential within the men we serve, and the efficacy of our model than Graduation. On Wednesday, April 28th, join us as we celebrate over 200 new graduates who have obtained employment and housing to become testaments that Work Works—even during a pandemic that has hit the men we serve disproportionately hard.

The day will begin with an in-person press conference at The Doe Fund’s Harlem Center for Opportunity featuring 2020 graduates, The Doe Fund staff, City Council Members including Robert Cornegy, and Mayoral candidates including Eric Adams and Kathryn Garcia. Then at 6pm EST, join us right here for our virtual ceremony!

We thank our generous supporters for providing the gift of opportunity to the men we serve. Please consider supporting Ready, Willing & Able by donating to The Doe Fund here in honor of our newest graduates. You can also get exclusive merch celebrating our graduates here and here!
