Programs
The Doe Fund breaks cycles of homelessness through work, housing, and opportunity. We provide economic opportunity, safe and stable housing, living-wage career training, and comprehensive supportive services to individuals with histories of homelessness. Through our flagship Ready, Willing & Able program, more than 15,000 people have secured jobs, permanent housing, or both.
People
More than 500 dedicated employees drive The Doe Fund’s work every day. Over 70% of our Programs team graduated from Ready, Willing & Able, and they serve as credible, trusted messengers because their lived experience reflects the journeys of the individuals they support. Their insight and leadership help participants build stability and long-term success. Our Board of Directors and Executive Team strengthen this work by ensuring strong governance, strategic oversight, and organizational accountability.
