The Dark Side The dark side is a place where all addicts have to visit at least once in their lifetimes. It's a place where one can get caught up in his or her emotions and feel like there is no one to turn to. This is when the dark gets darker. The use of drugs, the abuse of self and family. The homelessness and the loneliness set in. The selling of the body and mind. The illegal activities and a life of crime. Living on the dark side is all in the mind.
