Turning Housing into Homes
We believe that environment matters. Our housing programs instill pride and self-respect in individuals who have come from lives of poverty, drug abuse, and crime. The Doe Fund offers a variety of housing opportunities:
§ Peter Jay Sharp Residence – A 74-unit single room occupancy (SRO) residence with case managers that focus on employment, career advancement, and wage growth.
§ Stadium Court – A 60-unit affordable housing complex for families and singles.
§ A Better Place – A 28-unit supportive residence for formerly homeless individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
§ Scatter Site Return – A supportive housing program currently serving more than 75 mentally ill individuals with substance abuse disorders or physical disabilities.
